Andy Davis
Prior to moving to Spain, Andy's career had been exclusively in the financial services sector, initially working for HSBC (formerly Midland Bank Ltd) and then JPMorgan Chase (formerly The Chase Manhattan Bank). Andy held a variety of posts working his way up to Vice President of the Corporate Actions and Proxy Voting department, responsible for 60 staff and managing a $ 6,000,000 budget. His positions involved travel throughout Europe and the US, primarily managing third part vendors.
Ian Davis
Ian started his career in the Civil Service. After five years, he moved from government to the private sector working for one of the largest investment banks in the world, JPMorgan (formerly The Chase Manhattan Bank). During his 17 years service, Ian worked in a number of high risk and pressurised departments including Corporate Actions, Income, Taxation and Network Service Management, as well as managing several high profile projects. These roles involved extensive travel throughout Europe and Scandinavia acting as an ambassador to the bank. Upon leaving the bank, Ian was performing a Vice Presidency role, managing three teams consisting of 40 staff.
Andy and Ian have over five years experience of property development in the Bournemouth area, having successfully refurbished twenty properties to an exceptionally high standard, carrying out the large majority of work themselves and where necessary managing sub contractors to tight deadlines.
As home owners in Spain for a number of years, we have experienced sub-standard levels of service from several property management companies. We know what we expect as overseas home-owners and from our corporate background, understand clients' needs and expectations.
