- Complete furniture packs
We can also provide the following:

| 'Builders' Clean | € 125 | This is a thorough clean of your apartment, prior to occupation |
| Entry Clean | € 30 | Recommended if property has been vacant for an extended period (excludes laundry) |
| Exit Cleans | € 70 | Up to four guests, inc. laundry, one set of bed linen, one bath towel, one hand towel per person) |
| Patio Sealing | € 8 | Per square meter includes surface preparation |
| Taking deliveries | € 20 | Initial charge + € 20 per hour thereafter as required |
| Front door lock changes | € 45 | Source, supply and fit brand new lock (we do NOT swap locks) |
| Window bolts | € 20 | Source, supply and fit |
