- Kitchen additions / upgrades, granite and silestone worktops, white goods (white or silver)
- Mirrors (ideal for wardrobe doors), storage enclosures
- Shower screens
- Security bolts, lock changes
- Complete furniture packs
We can also provide the following:
| Meet and Greets | € 20 | + IVA between 09:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs, payable locally |
| Welcome Packs | € 25 | Bread, margarine or butter, jam or marmalade, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, water |
| 'Builders' Clean | € 125 | This is a thorough clean of your apartment, prior to occupation |
| Entry Clean | € 30 | Recommended if property has been vacant for an extended period (excludes laundry) |
| Exit Cleans | from € 65 | Up to four guests, inc. laundry, one set of bed linen, one bath towel, one hand towel per person, addtional guests are charged at €10.00 per head and beach towels are charged at €5.00 per towel |
| Patio Sealing | € 15 | Per square meter includes surface preparation |
| Taking deliveries | € 20 | Initial charge + € 20 per hour thereafter as required |
| Front door lock changes | € 45 | Source, supply and fit brand new lock (we do NOT swap locks) |
| Window bolts | € 20 | Source, supply and fit |
