When your property is left unoccupied for a prolonged period of time, humidity builds up causing dampness and mould to form. Our comprehensive inspection visits include the following:
- Open all windows to fully air the property
- Check for signs of humidity
- Flush toilets and run taps
- Check for leaks
- Check operation of light bulbs and replace as necessary
- Check overall condition of doors and windows
- Check condition of furnishings and fitments
- Check for evidence of vermin entry
The inspection checks will identify any problems encountered, most of which, if addressed quickly will not become more serious.
If anything major is identified, we will contact you immediately by phone/e-mail to seek further instructions.
We will report back to you via e-mail, on the eight point check list above, so that you feel in full control of your investment.
If your property is occupied at the time of our scheduled monthly visit, an inspection will not be undertaken. An inspection will take place in the following scheduled cycle.
